A few weeks ago we were able to visit Asheville and Charleston! Asheville has been one of our favorite get-away spots for the past several years, and we are beyond thrilled that we are relocating there at the beginning of the new year! 

This trip gave us a little taste of what life will be like in Asheville- foggy and cool summer mornings, warm afternoons, hanging out with old and new friends, hiking along the Blue Ridge Parkway, reading books by creeks and rivers and sampling some of the best Gluten Free food and beers (for the hubby) that the south has to offer. 

Here are just a few foggy mountain photos from our hike in Craggy Gardens and up to Mount Mitchell on our trip (and a few blurry photos of David and I taken by the occasional tourist). Looking at these photos makes me yearn for the mountains even more!
