A Perfect Kind of Family

You know, families rarely look like you think they will.. and the most amazing thing about that, is they always turn out much more amazing than you could have ever imagined. This is our family we have chosen.. a best friend who has become a sister and a little girl who has become a niece. 

They were in our home all last week and we just had the best time together (despite what Waverly's face may say). We dreamed of the day (not to far from now!) when we will all live on the same piece of land, share each other's burdens and help with each other's life chores. It makes me more happy than anything else ever could. Here are a few photos I snapped while these two were in our home… a welcome look into what our lives are going to look like in the future.
