What if we thought of these bodies as not our own? Yes, our souls inhabit these earth ships to teach and transform us individually, to open us to our array of gifts..but, I see that our bodies are also our own gift to the world. They are what allow connection, and are the harbingers of beauty healing and pleasure within ourselves and as our gift back to life. Our bodies channel creative energy, art is a physical (bodily) transference of that creative energy as a gift to behold. To watch the body of another move to music brings rise to something inside of your own heart. Witnessing the way bodies create art, create synchronicity with another, to marvel at a lovers eyes all creates stirring and beauty within your own being. What a gift it is to be able to love and inhabit these beautiful forms. Emotions are accessed through the sensations in our bodies, and these emotions shared create space for vulnerability, belonging and peace in another. Our bodies are love manifest.

What a gift it was to be reminded of the beauty the can come from our bodies, thanks to Pat and Sandlin. The universe has brought so many beautiful people into (and BACK into) my life over the past year and a half, and Pat is one of those beautiful souls. I feel so lucky to be able to have this time getting to know him and create art together.
